I am interim manager with over 20 years of expertise in finance and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). My international management experience includes both team and stakeholder management, which enables me to operate effectively at various organizational levels. I have experience in managing finance departments, including accounting and FP&A, and have in-depth knowledge of implementing the latest technologies such as ERP systems, BI tools, cloud services and expense management tools..
A particular focus of my work is on defining KPIs, creating dashboards and performance management systems to support clear and efficient decision-making.
